East Punjab Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1948 (50 of 1948), Section 43-A – Limitation – Consolidation Proceedings -- Correction in revenue record -- The Director, Consolidation is empowered under section 43-A of the Act to make correction of clerical errors at any time -- There is no limitation prescribed for correcting the mistake in the consolidation proceedings under section 43-A of the Act.

East Punjab Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1948 (50 of 1948), Section 43-A – Adverse possession -- Due to wrong entry in revenue record petitioner and respondent no. 6 and 7 remain in actual physical possession over the land in question – The mistake in the revenue record is not disputed, the question of adverse possession will not arise.
