ORDER
1. Delay condoned.
2. Heard Mr. V.M. Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. As can be seen, the proceeding in the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act was quashed vis-à-vis D. Sridhar (respondent No. 2) on the ground that he was not the drawer of the cheque.
4. The above view of the High Court cannot be faulted qua the second respondent – D. Sridhar. The Special Leave Petitions are accordingly dismissed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
Petitions dismissed.
