1. The present petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.12 dated 11.01.2020 under Sections 365, 392, 395, 506, 148, 149 IPC and 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station, Civil Line, Sirsa.
2. The petitioner was granted interim bail, vide order dated 11.06.2020. It is not disputed by learned State counsel that the complainant had also filed an affidavit that the petitioner was not involved. It is further admitted that the petitioner has since joined the investigation in pursuance to order dated 11.06.2020.
3. In view of the same, the present petition is allowed and order dated 11.06.2020 is made absolute.
Petition allowed.
