AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) –
1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panipat, to decide Civil Suit No. CS-1481-2022 within a time-bound manner.
2. Heard.
3. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as issuance of notice would delay the proceedings and entail additional expense for the respondent.
4. In view of the averments made in the petition, the present revision petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panipat, is directed to decide the Civil Suit No. CS-1481-2022 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
5. The Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panipat, for compliance.
6. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
Order accordingly.
