Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (26 of 1996), Section 31(7) --  Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963), Section 14 – Arbitration award – Interest upon delayed period -- Delay attributed to claimant -- Time spent in wrong Forum – Ends of justice would be met if the appellant-insurance company is directed to pay interest as directed by the Arbitral Tribunal @ 12% per annum with effect from 06th March, 2010 as it was on this date that the Arbitral Tribunal held the claims to be within time after excluding the time spent by the respondent-claimant in pursuing its remedy before the N.C.D.R.C. u/s 14 of the Limitation Act.
