Constitution of India, Article 32 – e-Court project – Hybrid hearing -- Writ seeking Hybrid hearing at Punjab and Haryana High Court -- High Court has completely prohibited access to Hybrid hearings following the resumption of physical hearing on 28 March, 2022 – Grievance of the petitioners shall be suitably addressed to the Chief Justice of High Court on the administrative side particularly having regard to the investment of public funds as a part of the e-Courts project -- Petitioners permitted to move a representation in that behalf before the Chief Justice so that a suitable view can be taken in that behalf.

ORDER
1. The grievance of the petitioners is that the High Court of Punjab and Haryana has completely prohibited access to Hybrid hearings following the resumption of physical hearing on 28 March, 2022.
2. We are of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioners shall be suitably addressed to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana on the administrative side particularly having regard to the investment of public funds as a part of the e-Courts project.
3. We permit the petitioners to move a representation in that behalf before the Chief Justice so that a suitable view can be taken in that behalf.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of at this stage.
5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
Order accordingly.
