Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (XVII of 1887), Section 15, 121 -- Sanad takseem – Long pendency of revision/ stay application -- Revision pending before Financial Commissioner challenging the sanad issued since 2020, same has not even been taken for preliminary hearing till date – Petition disposed of with a direction to the Financial Commissioner to take up pending revision petition on 16.12.2022 along with the stay application -- Till the decision of the stay application, status quo regarding possession as it exists today shall be maintained.
