1. The impugned order refusing to enter mutation has been passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Patiala. The same can always be challenged under Sections 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.
2. Thus, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
4. Delay in approaching the concerned authority under Section 16 of the Act shall be condoned, if such an issue arises.
Petition dismissed.
