1. The learned counsel representing respondent no.1 states that the plaintiff (respondent herein) has not sought the relief of possession.
2. In view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sri Rathnavarmaraja vs. Smt. Vimla AIR 1961 (Supreme Court) 1299, the revision petition on behalf of defendants complaining deficiency in payment of the Court fee is not maintainable.
3. Dismissed.
4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
Petition dismissed.
