SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) –
1. It is submitted that a note has been entered in the revenue record that the property of the petitioner is under mortgage. The said entry is illegal and, thus, an application has been moved for removal of the note but no action has been taken and, thus, legal notice dated 02.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) has been issued. Yet, neither the corrective action has been taken nor any response to the legal notice has been received.
2. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 6 only.
3. Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf the respondents No. 1 to 6 and waives service.
4. Considering the nature of the order being passed, there is no necessity to file reply.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the pending legal notice dated 02.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Order accordingly.
