Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (4 of 1882), Section 123 -- Cancellation of gift deed – Permissibility of -- Donor executed the gift deed voluntarily and the donee accepted the same and the donor has absolutely transferred the title and possession of the gifted properties through that gift deed – Cancellation of the deed of gift unilaterally by the donor is nonest under law.
