1. The petitioner through instant petition is seeking direction to learned ASJ, Mohali to decide their revision against order dated 23.08.2022 whereby learned JMIC, Kharar has dismissed application seeking summoning of additional accused under Section 319.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revision was filed in 2018 and till date no order has been passed by learned ASJ, Mohali whereas learned Trial Court is proceeding with the matter and trial is at fag end. If the trial is concluded and revision is not decided, the revision filed before learned ASJ, Mohali would become meaningless.
3. In view of the fact that revision was filed before learned ASJ, Mohali in 2018 and trial is pending before learned Trial Court which is at fag end, the learned ASJ, Mohali is directed to decide revision petition of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within one month from today.
4. Disposed of.
Order accordingly.
