1. Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to sanction the mutation of land bearing Killa No.49//24/2/ (1-16), 54//4/1 (2-13), 60//21 min (4-18), 63//1 (2-15) measuring 12 Kanal 2 Marla in view of the order dated 22.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court and further to take action on the applications dated 16.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) and 15.05.2023 (Annexure P-3).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed application dated 15.05.2023 (Annexure P-3) before the Tehsildar, Narnaul, but no action has been taken on the same till date.
3. Notice of motion.
4. Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents.
5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Narnaul to decide the application (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
