ORDER
NEERAJ TIWARI, J. –
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division)-II, Varanasi to decide Original Suit No. 1038 of 2014, within a stipulated time."
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division)-II, Varanasi to decide aforesaid suit in accordance with law, if possible within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
Order accordingly.
