1. The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0081, dated 27.07.2019, registered at Police Station Bhandson, District Patiala, under Sections 420, 470, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
2. Pursuant to order dated 18.08.2021, report dated 07.09.2021 has been received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nabha, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence.
3. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.0081, dated 27.07.2019, registered at Police Station Bhandson, District Patiala, under Sections 420, 470, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
Petition allowed.
