ORDER
1. The petitioners have sought bail in connection with FIR No 423 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 411, 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 484 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code 1860 registered at Police Station, Chinhat, District Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
2. A Single Judge of the High Court has declined to grant bail by the impugned order dated 6 May 2022.
3. We have heard Mr Aditya Ranjan, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr Vinod Diwakar, Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
4. The petitioners were arrested on 21 July 2020. The charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation on 14 October 2020. It is not in dispute that seven co-accused have been released on bail.
5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, we direct that the petitioners Ainul Haque and Manoj Kumar @ Bauwa be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Sessions Court.
6. The Special Leave Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
7. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
Petitions allowed.
