Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (18 of 1961), Section 7 -- Gair Mumkin Rasta -- Encroachment upon – Eviction from – Writ petition -- Petitioner made a complaint to competent authority -- BDPO directed for valid demarcation of the site and if some encroachments are noticed, he shall forthwith institute a petition u/s 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, before the learned Collector -- Upon receiving such a petition, the ld. Collector shall pass a speaking decision after hearing all affected persons within a period of 4 months.
