SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) –
1. It is submitted that entry of stay granted by the civil Court is not being deleted, even after, the stay order has been vacated by the said Court and request has been made to the concerned revenue officials to delete the entry. Representation dated 12.04.2022 (Annexure P-8) submitted before respondent No.2 has also not had the desired result. Thus, a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation by passing a speaking order.

3. Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents-State and waives service.
4. Considering the nature of the order being passed, no reply is necessary.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation dated 12.04.2022 (Annexure P-8) by passing a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
