VIRINDER AGGARWAL, J. (ORAL) –
1. The revisionist has filed this revision petition against the order date 19.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) vide which the defendants No.1 to 3 have been allowed two effective opportunities to lead evidence after recalling order dated 22.05.2025 and the learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that an appropriate remedy before the respondents No.1 to 3 was to assail the order dated 22.05.2025 in revision petition, but this Court is of the considered opinion that the Civil Court has inherent powers to do justice as per provision of Section 151 CPC and the impugned order is a detailed order spelling out the reasons for allowing the application and recalling the order dated 22.05.2025, as such, finding no merit in the instant petition, the same is hereby dismissed.
2. However, observations made herein above may not to be construed as opinion on the merits of the case. Same are purely confined to the present controversy and deliberations.
Petition dismissed.
