Constitution of India, Article 226 – Eviction of unauthorised occupant of shamilat deh – Writ jurisdiction -- Complaint before the Director, Rural Development & Panchayats Department regarding unauthorized possession of the Shamlat land with prayer for lawful proceedings under the relevant statute be drawn against the encroachers – Direction given that subject to lawful demarcations, the BDPO shall forthwith subsequent thereto draw proceedings under the relevant provisions of the relevant statute against the encroachers.
