1. Prayer in this application is for placing on record the affidavit of Pinkey D/o Brish Bhan as Annexure P-8.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Document Annexure P-8 is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

3. This petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.46 dated 02.04.2018, under Section 366-A IPC (Section 363 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that the petitioner has been implicated in the said matter as a counter to complaint filed by the complainant, namely, Brish Bhan father of Pinkey, who is 18 years of age as per the affidavit placed on record as Annexure P-8.
5. The undisputed fact is also brought to the notice of the Court that the compromise dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure P-7) has also been effected between the parties which is accepted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant as well.
6. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the challan in the present case has already been filed on 13.05.2022.
7. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and have also perused case file.
8. Keeping in view the facts and discussions made hereinabove and in view of the age of Pinkey and the compromise having been effected, I deem it appropriate and order to release the petitioner on regular bail subject to his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
Petition allowed.
