Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (18 of 1961), Section 7 -- Panchayat deh – Eviction petition by Sarpanch – Sarpanch himself encroacher of land – Effect of – Petition in respect of those tracts of land, whereons no encroachment is made, at the instance of co-respondent No.7/ Sarpanch, renders the petition by the said Sarpanch well constituted – If after demarcations land owned by the Panchayat Deh found to be encroached by Sarpanch, the Panchayat, shall make a resolution, whereby it shall not authorize the above Sarpanch, to institute a petition u/s 7 of the Act, but shall authorize some other Panch to institute petition.
