ORDER
1. Petitioner is in jail since 22.02.2026 in connection with FIR No. 278/2025 registered with Police Station-Dharnavada, District-Guna, M.P. for allegedly committing offence under Sections 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3) and 111(1) of BNS read with Section 34(2) of the M.P.Excise Act as the petitioner was found in possession of 301 boxes of illicit liquor amounting to 2,600 ltrs.
2. Considering the entire fact situation of the case and also the fact that the offence is triable by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class and the charge-sheet has already been filed, we are inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
3. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 278/2025 registered with Police Station-Dharnavada, District-Guna, M.P., on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
4. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
