Haryana Co-operative Societies Act, 1984 (22 of 1984), Section 115 – Constitution of India, Article 226 – Non-disposal of revision/stay – Writ petition against -- Revision petition pending has neither been listed nor any orders on stay application passed -- It would be suffice to direct the respondent No. 1 to dispose off the revision petition including stay application, preferably, within a period of two months -- In the meanwhile, no order adverse to the interest of the petitioner shall be passed by the respondents.

1. The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19.
2. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari over an order dated 26.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) and over another order dated 04.03.2021 (Annexure P-9). Petitioner had filed a revision petition which is pending before respondent No.1 and till date it has neither been listed nor any orders on stay application passed leading to filing of instant writ petition seeking early disposal of the revision.
3. Be so as it may without adverting on to the merits of the present petition, it would be suffice to direct the respondent No. 1 to dispose off the revision petition bearing No. 35 of 2021 titled as “Krishna Yadav Vs. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana and others” including stay application, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. In the meanwhile, no order adverse to the interest of the petitioner shall be passed by the respondents.
5. Disposed off accordingly.
