1. The petitioner is a Gram Panchayat and has made applications/representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) for ejectment of the private respondents. The details of the lands which have been occupied by the private respondents have also been mentioned in the applications (Annexures P-2 and P-3) but no action has been taken till date.
2. Notice of motion.
3. Mr. Suvir Sheokand, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to take appropriate steps within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order on the applications/representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) in accordance with law.
Order accordingly.
