Compensation to owner -- Complainant shall be entitled to the compensation/loss suffered because of not plying of the vehicle seized and sold illegally -- Appellant directed to pay the compensation/damages towards loss suffered because of not plying of the vehicle at Rs. 5000/- per month from the date of the picking up of the vehicle i.e., 19.12.2004 till 31.12.2007 with interest @ 7.5% from December, 2004 till the actual payment within a period of six weeks.
