No evidence on the record to controvert the statement to the effect that all three appellants-claimants were dependent on the income of the deceased -- No reasoning given by the Tribunal except that they were married and had children – Held, in the absence of any evidence having been led by the respondents to the contrary, all three appellants were dependent on the deceased and hence, would be entitled to an equal amount of compensation.
