Injury to 10 year old child – 5% disability -- Claimant has suffered 5% permanent disability -- Claimant-appellant is held entitled to compensation of Rs.1,80,000/- [Rs.90,000-(towards permanent disability) + Rs.15,000/- (towards pain and sufferings, special diet etc.) + Rs.25,000/- (towards loss of studies) + Rs.50,000 (towards loss of future).
