Compensation in motor vehicle accident case -- Future prospects -- Deceased was 39 years of age at the time of the accident and was owner of commercial vehicle -- Tribunal has added 50% of his income towards future prospects -- Income of the transporters always increases with the passage of time as freights are increasing day by day -- Thus, there was very bright prospects of the increase in the income of the deceased in future -- No fault can be found in adding the future prospects to the income of the deceased by the learned Tribunal in order to assess the amount of compensation.
