Effect of -- Mere fact that the vehicle number and driver's name have not been mentioned in the FIR, will not prove version of the Insurance Company that false vehicle has been planted -- There is nothing in the evidence to show as to why driver and owner would collude with the claimants -- Award passed by the Tribunal do not require any interference.
