Insurance Company is disputing its liability on the plea that cover note was never issued by it and the same was lost -- So, it was incumbent upon the appellant-Insurance Company to establish the loss of cover note -- Insurance Company has not been able to establish the loss of the cover note in question -- Appellant-Insurance Company cannot escape from its liability.
